Our most popular choice is the Signature package — it covers your full wedding film, ceremony, and toasts with one videographer. Life happens — we get it. If your date changes, we'll do our best to transfer your booking to the new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Reach out as soon as you know so we can make it work. Full policy details are in your contract.

We deliver all wedding films within 60 days or less — most couples receive theirs much sooner. Your private gallery is hosted online for 10 years so you can download, stream, and share your films anytime from anywhere.

Your main wedding film is 10 minutes or longer, crafted from the best moments of your day. Packages that include ceremony and toast videos deliver those as separate full-length files as well. The exact length varies by how much happens on your day — longer celebrations naturally produce richer films.

We shoot and edit in a cinematic documentary style — real moments, real emotions, beautifully composed. We don't do stiff, over-directed films. We blend candid storytelling with intentional cinematography, slow-motion details, and aerial drone footage to create something that actually feels like your day.

Yes — drone footage is included in all packages at no extra charge. We'll capture aerials of your venue whenever the location and weather allow. If your venue is in a restricted airspace or a no-fly zone, we'll always let you know in advance.

Yes — your style, your vibe. When you book, we'll talk through the overall feel you're going for. You're welcome to suggest music and inspiration. We use licensed music to ensure your film can be shared and posted anywhere without copyright issues.

Your films are delivered in a private, beautifully designed online gallery. You can download full-quality files, stream directly, and share a private link with family and friends. The gallery stays live for 10 years — no rushing to download everything before it expires.

We won't pack up and leave mid-reception. If your day runs long, we're happy to stay. Additional hours are available at a flat hourly rate — we'll discuss this upfront so there are no surprises on your wedding day.

Absolutely — we work seamlessly alongside photographers. We communicate before your wedding to align on the timeline and make sure we're never in each other's way. Most photographers we've worked with love having us on set. If you're booking photography through us as an add-on, it's even smoother since it's all one team.

Yes — lapel mic audio is included in every package. We discreetly mic the groom before the ceremony to capture crystal-clear vows and ceremony audio. This is what separates a professional wedding film from amateur footage. You'll hear every word.

We shoot with multiple cameras to capture different angles simultaneously — ensuring the ceremony, first dance, and other key moments are covered from more than one perspective. No critical moment relies on a single shot.

For local Tampa Bay weddings, we typically scout the venue beforehand for larger productions. For all weddings, we arrive early on the day to walk the space and plan our shots before guests arrive. We're thorough — you won't see us scrambling.

No travel fees within 1 hour of Tampa. This covers all of Tampa Bay including St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. For weddings further away — Miami, the Keys, Orlando, destination weddings — just cover our travel costs and we're there. We've filmed weddings all across Florida and beyond, passports included.

Yes — we travel anywhere. We've filmed weddings across the U.S. and internationally. For out-of-state and destination weddings, the couple covers reasonable travel expenses (flights, hotel, and ground transport). Contact us with your destination and date and we'll put together a custom quote.

We cover all of Tampa Bay with no travel fees — including Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Lakeland, Plant City, and every venue in between. If you're getting married in Florida, we can be there.

Yes — we carry a $2,000,000 general liability policy. We can send a certificate of insurance directly to your venue and add them as an additional insured at no extra cost. Most venues require this, and we're ready to provide it immediately upon request.

Yes — every booking is covered by a written contract that protects both you and us. It outlines exactly what's included, the payment schedule, delivery timeline, and all the important details. You'll receive it digitally and sign electronically — no printing required.

We have a network of trusted backup videographers we've personally worked with. In the extremely unlikely event of an emergency, we will find a qualified replacement and brief them on your day. Your wedding will be covered — full stop.
